Damage and refunds
If a print arrives damaged or misprinted, photograph the parcel and the print and tell us, within 48 hours of delivery if you can. We’ll send a replacement at no cost, or refund you in full if you’d rather.
Each print is made to order for you, so an order can’t be cancelled once it is placed, and we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. The refund and cancellation policy has the details.
Choosing a size
| Size | Framed | Works well | |
|---|---|---|---|
| A4 | 21 × 29.7 cm | 25 × 33.7 cm | A desk, shelf or bedside wall |
| A3 | 29.7 × 42 cm | 33.7 × 46 cm | A study wall, hallway or gallery grid |
A good rule above furniture: the frame should span about half to two-thirds the width of what’s beneath it. See every size to scale on the size guide.
Paper and frames
Prints are made on premium art paper with a smooth matte finish. We print with archival pigment inks.
Frames are black, natural oak or walnut, 2 cm wide, with shatter-resistant acrylic. Framed prints arrive with hanging hardware fitted.
Common questions
What exactly gets printed?
The couplet in Nastaliq, with its Roman Urdu reading beneath and the poet’s name, laid out exactly as the preview shows. The English meaning on each page is our own paraphrase to help you choose; it isn’t printed.
Is a frame included?
Only if you choose one. "Print only" is the print alone, rolled in a tube. A framed print comes behind shatter-resistant acrylic, with hanging hardware fitted, so it’s ready to hang.
Which size should I choose?
A4 suits a desk, shelf or a small wall. A3 works in a study, hallway, gallery grid or above a console. A frame adds 4 cm to the width and the height.
